Order Fulfillment and Shipping Policy: 

Upon receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation of payment from PayPal and shortly afterward
a confirmation email with the estimated ship date will arrive from DockRadio.com.

Most orders will normally ship from us within 1-3 business days.
We will send an email confirmation when the item has shipped.
 
When you order, you will be presented with your choice of shipping options.
You may select various levels of shipping from both UPS/Fedex or regular registered airmail.
The shipping time of your order will depend on the shipping method.
FedEx/UPS shipping normally takes about 2-4 days worldwide and registered airmail takes around 4-5 days within Europe
and 5-10 days to the rest of the world.
We will also provide the tracking ID if you have choosed a shipping option that supports tracking.


International Shipping:
  • FedEx/UPS International Priority is expensive but is fast, 3 days usually. Trackable and insured.
  • Global Priority Mail is cheap and is reasonably fast. 5-10 days, not trackable, not insured.
  • Airmail Parcel Post almost cheap and is reasonably fast, 4-10 days, trackable, not insured.

Lost or stolen package : We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen package.


Return Policy:
We are dedicated to your 100% satisfaction. But due to the highly techinal nature of the product
and requirements on the customer experience, please note the following:
  • We will NOT accept any return of items that the FM DockRadio case has been opened.
  • Opening the DockRadio case, will void the warranty.
  • If you receive a defective product you must contact us within one week of receipt, to arange for a replacment free of charge.

Warranty:

We guarantee the merchandise to be delivered in perfect working and fully tested condition.
